Jack and Hawk are framed in a stock fraud scheme. When fake FBI agents arrive to arrest them, a broker shoots one agent, and Jack and Hawk flee. The scam succeeds ”Howard and Chauncey collect Jack's stocks while Jack loses everything. Jack and Hawk hide in a dumpster, then escape to a barn where Jack struggles sleeping among real animals. He wants to call Jennifer but realizes they'll trace the call. Meanwhile, Jennifer worries when Jack doesn't arrive at the airport. The two Romans and Marlena return home. The children immediately embrace Roman II as "daddy," leaving Roman I hurt. Shane interviews both Romans separately but can't determine which is real; he recommends DNA testing. Roman I can't kiss Marlena until she's certain of his identity. Abe arrives, thrilled but confused by the situation. Carly's condition worsens, but when Shawn shows her a picture from San Diego, she miraculously improves and avoids surgery.
