Meanwhile, Shane and Kimberly meet with Tarrington, where Kim faces repercussions for an incident at the vineyards. Roman calls Isabella with a cover story about his whereabouts. At the hospital, Jennifer visits Hawk, who's recovering from a back injury. Jack arrives with a release form for Hawk to sign, but he's anxious for different reasons ”he discovers his homeowners insurance has lapsed, leaving him vulnerable to a lawsuit from Hawk's accident. Jack and Jennifer worry, though their concerns differ.
