When Bill, Mike, and Frankie urge her to seek therapy, she panics and locks herself in the bathroom. Eve, desperate to stay with the Donovans, has her friend pose as her mother to manipulate Kim and Shane. When the lie collapses, Shane realizes Eve is a runaway who needs proper placement, terrifying her. Nick pressures her to move in with him or he’ll expose her secret. Steve, frustrated by the ISA’s slow progress on the Greece operation, breaks into Gabrielle’s apartment for classified files, leading to a violent confrontation Shane breaks up. Gabrielle later confronts him about his volatility at the Cheating Heart.
