At Adrienne and Justin's engagement party, Adrienne asks Kim, Kayla, and Melissa to be bridesmaids for her wedding in Greece. Justin reassures an anxious Adrienne that he'll wait as long as needed before their wedding night. Steve reluctantly attends the party with Jo, and they reflect on Billy doing well. Roman watches jealously as Diana arrives with Victor; later, Roman and Diana nearly kiss while dancing. Meanwhile, Harper drugs Kayla's champagne at the party. Jack tries to initiate intimacy with Kayla at home, but she faints, prompting him to call the doctor. Eve sneaks into the hospital to access Kim's amniocentesis results but is caught by Neil. Neil later tells Kim and Shane their baby is healthy and they're having a girl, while Eve watches with forced happiness. Anjelica makes uncomfortable remarks to Adrienne about Justin.
