Victor disapproves of Justin’s deepening relationship with Adrienne. Kim discovers she’s pregnant and happily tells Shane. Eve overhears, becomes upset, and steals money from Kim to pay Nick, who pressures her toward prostitution. Anjelica arranges a romantic dinner for Jack and Kayla. Jack talks about giving Kayla his mother’s ring someday, and Jo overhears, shaken by the implications. Kai returns and tells Diana that James worked for Philip but wasn’t killed by him; the real culprit was Simon or someone else. Diana feels relieved yet guilty for doubting her father. Victor learns Kai knows too much about the assassination attempt and puts out a hit on him. Diana and Mike find Kai dying, and his final warning is that “they” want a disk.
