Justin and Adrienne plan to go to Colorado to search for Steve and Kayla, unaware Victor has ordered their deaths but wants Justin spared. Shane cracks the disk’s code, revealing chemical equations that need urgent investigation. Harper briefly wakes from his coma, but when Diana sneaks in to question him, Dr. Hopkins catches her. Harper starts to reveal information about James, then suddenly slips back into a coma — a relapse Simon secretly triggers. Simon later reveals he has the disk and isn’t worried about Diana. Roman, Shane, Diana, Kim, and Mike regroup and confirm the disk contains chemical formulas, with Mike researching them. Maggie undergoes surgery after an emotional farewell. Frankie helps Jennifer with schoolwork so she can still graduate. At Shenanigans, Carrie flirts with Derek until Roman gently reminds her to let Shawn adjust to her growing up. Paul says goodbye to Kim before leaving for New York.
