Justin’s affection for Adrienne is clear. At the Kiriakis mansion, Justin pointedly flirts and tells suggestive stories to unsettle Anjelica in front of Harper and Victor. Anjelica masks her anger but is clearly rattled. Diana insists the lab explosion wasn’t accidental and vows to investigate despite her worsening illness. Mike worries about her health. In the wreckage, Steve cares for a feverish, fading Kayla, confessing his love as she loses consciousness. Neil surprises Jo with a raise, thanking her for her hard work and friendship.
