Susana lashes out at Ofelia and claims in front of Mar that she was the one who caused Gloria's accident. Ofelia asks her for proof of her accusations. Mar, seeing all the problems the Portilla family is having, is terrified, but Paula takes advantage of her vulnerability to gain her trust and get closer to her. Nicolás prevents Camila from taking clothes and money out of the Portilla house so she can start her life with her husband as it should be. Juan assures Mar that she married Luis only for money and to follow her mother's orders. She slaps him and makes it clear that despite the fact that he married Camila, she does not hate him. Rocío asks Ofelia to help her investigate who her son is, whether Arturo or Nicolás.
