Unfortunately, the little guy out to be a dreaded goat-eating Chupacabras. Rodolfo and Granpapi insist that Manny get rid of his pet before it destroys Miracle City's goat-based economy. But Manny just can't resist little Chuy and his big, sweet eyes.
