Esperanza makes a deal with Joaquin: she'll sign the papers in exchange for Cecille. Joaquin tries to fill Cecille's memories with lies. Alice gives Joaquin the files which state that as long as Cecille is incapacitated, he'll get nothing from her fortunes. Cecille tears down she hears an edited tape of Esperanza choosing money over her.
