Spencer and Claudia have been trying to sell their half renovated weatherboard cottage since 2008. Their home improvements came to an abrupt halt five years ago when they tragically lost a child during pregnancy. Unable to face finishing the project, and desperate to escape the unhappy memories, Spencer put out a hand painted ‘for sale’ sign and waited.
