A man's body is abandoned in front of one of Wrocław's antique shops. The deceased has several dozen stab wounds on his body. The detectives determine that the body was thrown from a van belonging to a company that conducts very suspicious business. When they reach her headquarters, they find the van they are looking for - and another body inside. Kłos and Kalicka are even more interested in the behavior of the antiquarian himself. He was the one who found the body, but not all of his actions are easy to explain. Paweł's father has still not been found, so Sławek Kłos tells the boy that he would like to adopt him. To his surprise, the boy is against it. Paweł goes to visit Kalicka to talk about what Kłos is planning.
