By chance, martial arts trainer Josh Engel finds himself in the middle of a highly dramatic hostage situation. Heavily armed thugs have seized a tower block and entrenched themselves in the building with 30 hostages. They threaten to kill the hostages if their ransom demand is not met. The bad guys just haven't reckoned with Josh Engel, who sneaks silently through the tower block like a cougar and takes out one gangster after another ...
