Flor arrives at the scene of the accident and discovers that Benja is injured. David tells Leona that Ana Julia and Kika are in the hospital. Leona offers to donate blood to Kika, since they are compatible. Gael thanks her for the generous act she has shown to his family and reveals that he lost a child in the past. Gael starts to cry when he sees Ana Julia and Kika struggling between life and death, so he apologizes for not revealing the truth. Itzel confesses to the family that she likes Benja, but is afraid of falling in love. Jacinta is determined to confess the truth to Leona, but when she is in front of her, she hugs her. Ramsés recognizes that Leona has become an angel for his family. Ana Julia suffers a cardiac arrest. The doctor tells Gael that the young woman's heart stopped beating for a few seconds. He believes that everything they are experiencing is a punishment for the evil they caused, and Benja does not recognize Leona.
