Toppei's mother is now living peacefully as a kindergarten teacher. But something odd starts to happen among the children: they begin to transform into savages. It is undoubtedly Professor Atami's doing. Toppei is trapped by Rock and injected with Mad PA for trying to question Professor Atami. What is the destiny of Toppei, who can no longer return to being a man?
