Alexandre tries to steal money from a safe at the firm where he works. The treasurer surprises him and the two fight. Alexandre takes a revolver inside the safe and kills him. He asks Téo and Raul to help escape with his girlfriend, Lisa. But they hand him over to the police. Diná fights with Téo out of jealousy. Diná doesn't want his mother, Mrs. Maroca, to know what happened to Alexandre. Estela goes to her sister's house, but doesn't find her. Diná looks for the lawyer Otávio Jordão to defend her brother. He refuses.
