He'll be cooking lunch for Strictly Come Dancing's Craig Revel Horwood and sharing recipes for mussels, rice pudding and steak bearnaise. There'll be dishes from chefs Thomasina Miers, Frances Atkins and Galton Blackiston, and James will be heading to RAF Lossiemouth on another British Adventure.
