After years of keeping their doors closed, Mr. Tin, the chief of Tai Ping Street, makes an unprecedented decision to open their doors to a new tenant whose identity remains a secret. A murder takes place on the same day the new tenant shows up, which makes Tai Ping Street's residents question her credibility.
