The evening of her attack, Maialen wants to change before joining Patxi, but her mother is at home. She goes to change at Ana's. There she comes across the necklace. She puts it around her neck. Then she discovers Mikel's macabre objects: covers with clothes and photos of his victims. Maialen gets scared and runs away. But Mikel saw her. He chases her and has no other choice to kill her. Before he can take the necklace back, Patxi appears. Mikel runs away. Patxi tries to save Maialen. In vain. A man witnesses all of this: Franck. When Mikel discovers dating apps on Ana's phone, a violent argument breaks out between father and daughter. He confiscates all his means of communication.
