Travelling, unattached and in love with nature, Thomas Bareski is an atypical man, but above all an extraordinary policeman ready to change his lifestyle to carry out his mission. For the past two years, officer Bareski has been on police standby and has freed himself from society's codes to follow murderers wherever they are. When he arrives with his van in the town of Montallier to investigate a series of disappearances of young girls, Bareski is as disconcerting to the police as he is to the local population.
