Carmine and Filippo enter the Juvenile Penalty Institute, the former knows the rules, while Filippo on the contrary seems to have landed on another planet. The boy is immediately renamed "O 'Chiattillo" (the young gentleman) and attracts the attention of Ciro, the boss of the prisoners, who decides to offer him his protection. But life behind bars soon turns out to be full of dangers.
