Teresa's looking forward to relaxing in this plush four-star gold B&B. But she and her husband Clive are in the Shepherds Hut - a back-to-basic, outdoor accommodation without water, toilet or electricity. At check-out Teresa pulls no punches when describing her disappointing stay, leaving an offended Ruth to declare that she wouldn't be welcome back.
