Judith does not want to donate her sister's organs, only if it is in exchange for a large sum of money. Nora plans to use David to separate Guillermo from Rosa Maria. Helena learns of Héctor's serious health condition and goes to the hospital, but discovers that Patricia is there. Héctor is surprised by Helena's presence at the hospital, but Patricia interrupts them to confess the affair they had. Rosa María hears Leonardo confess the crime he committed with Majo. Nora discovers that Guillermo will cede the rights to the ranch to Patricia and the confrontation provokes a crisis in Guillermo.
