Héctor looks for Helena to settle their differences and apologizes for the times he has offended her without thinking and makes it clear that he loves her despite not being up to her standards. Horacio begs Claudio not to tell anyone about his secret. Valentina refuses to take the DNA test, but Nora is in favor of doing it. Rosa María informs Ricardo that his health has deteriorated and he has little time to live.
