In the first challenge, participants must create a dish with beans. In the second test, competitors must deliver a perfect portion of snacks, which really impresses the judges' palate, and which is elaborated with a mandatory component: mortadella. In the elimination test, amateur cooks face a complex challenge, Baked Alaska. The dessert, which was born in the United States, is based on three preparations: cake, ice cream in the middle and meringue on the outside, which will require a lot of technical knowledge and a great ability to combine flavors.
