In search of the blue apron, the confectioners advance in another day of challenges in 'Bake Off Brasil - Mão na Massa'. This Saturday, August 7, the creative test will be marked by a vibrant Summer Dessert Cake. In the technical test, they face another preparation that is also the face of Brazil. The Coconut and Pumpkin Bullet Cake brings together two sweets loved by Brazilians and is formed by three layers of pumpkin and coconut dough and two layers of filling, composed of creamy chocolate coconut cake and coconut bullet filled with pumpkin brigadeiro. The two preparations should be arranged interchangeably within the same layer, giving a beautiful checkered effect when the slice is cut, in a harmony of flavors and preparation. On the top, chantilly with grated coconut, drops of chantilly, pumpkin candy and triangles of candied pumpkin, finishing with fresh coconut flakes on the top and bottom.
