Akari, a child who refuses to say a word, collapses at a park. Her identity is unknown until her stepmom, Kaoru, arrive. Her condition requires surgery and Kaoru wants to transfer her to a hospital near their home. After Dr. Shindo learns about Akari's real situation, he refuses to give her to Kaoru, and causes a big commotion. Dr. Shindo refuses to provide any explanation to keep his promise with Akari. Will Dr. Shindo get dismissed from the hospital? Will Akari's dad know the truth?
