In the north of England severe flooding, the worst in 70 years, brings chaos to the region. Standard emergency services are overwhelmed, and numerous volunteer rescue teams are brought in to assist in evacuating members of the public from their flooded homes. In Co Kerry, the local mountain rescue team is called to Torc Mountain and a steep path known as 'cardiac steps' to attend a walker complaining of chest pains. In the Cairngorm mountains, members of the local rescue team comb the third region to find a lost walker who has not returned home after heading out on a trek
