Painter comes in front of the mansion and wants to blackmail her again, but they make a deal that she'll visit him and tell him the entire thruth later. Paulina convinces Carlitos to start eating again and to use the crutches. Douglas is recovering in the countryside and sends Paulina a letter. Gema wants to start working as a sectretary in the factory. Rodrigo still refuses to come back. Carlos wants Paulina to go to the doctor to determine wether she's really ill or not. He also becomes enraged when he finds out from the bank she wrote someone a check for 200k pesos.
