Our fascinating trip to Greece with… Despina Vandi's guide started, with Ioannina first stop with a stop in Metsovo. Despina's companion, chef Vangelis Driskas. On their journey they met locals, talked about its history, tasted the unique flavors of the area, found their way to Tsipouro and ended up at the fountains of Louros. They visited the island of Pamvotida which stands out not only for its history but also because it is the only lake-dwelling island in the whole of Europe.
