Bella and Mali are desperate to join Sam and her cousins at the carnival, but it looks like they will be disappointed when there's no adult around who can take them along. It seems Bella and Mali will have to make do with Sam relaying details about carnival music, food and costumes, until a broken down truck means that carnival planning takes a completely different turn.
