They want to find a home with plenty of space inside and out, in a family-friendly area with good schools and an easy commute for Shawn. The Kohls have asked realtor Mickey Ryan to help them find a home in Franklin, Tennessee, a booming and somewhat pricey suburb just south of Nashville.
