Scheduled performers include Cam, Kenny Chesney, Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban, Florida Georgia Line, Kelsea Ballerini, Eric Church and Sam Hunt. Eric Church and Chris Stapleton lead the pack this year with five nominations each, followed by Cam, Chris Young and Little Big Town with four a piece.
