Feriha and her mother Zehra, who live in a luxury apartment in Etiler, are excited about their university exam results. While university is the key to the mother and daughter's dreams for the future, Feriha's twin Mehmet, who never went beyond elementary school, and her father Rıza, a fatalistic man by nature, do not feel the same excitement. While Mehmet is secretly jealous of Feriha, he is also aware of his twin's ambitions and longing for the glamorous life 'upstairs'. The most important thing in Feriha's life, apart from her university goal, is Cansu, who lives 'upstairs' and has a problematic relationship with her stepmother. While Feriha is enjoying these artificial similarities, a sudden visit to the school by her father will lead her to build a world full of lies that will change her life.
