Superstars Blake Shelton and Luke Bryan will co-host Country Music’s Party of the Year®, the 48th ANNUAL ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS, honoring country music’s best and introducing the industry’s hottest emerging talent, broadcast LIVE from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas Sunday, April 7th, 2013 at 8:00 PM live ET/delayed PT on the CBS Television Network. The show is produced by dick clark productions, inc. This year’s show will mark reigning ACM Male Vocalist of the Year Shelton’s third consecutive turn hosting the Awards and Bryan’s first time hosting a LIVE televised event.

The 49th annual Academy of Country Music (ACM) Awards took place on Sunday, April 6 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas and winners included the likes of Miranda Lambert, Jason Aldean and newcomer Justin Moore.
The ceremony was hosted by Blake Shelton and Luke Bryan and aired on CBS. The two also performed during the show, with Shelton taking the stage with his "The Voice" co-star Shakira to perform the song "Medicine" off of her newly-released album.
Lambert, Shelton's wife, took home several major awards as well, including Female Vocalist of the Year and a joint award with singer Keith Urban. The two, who joined many of the biggest names in country music on the red carpet, won the award for Vocal Event of the Year for the duet "We Were Us."

The 51ST ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS™, co-hosted by Luke Bryan and Dierks Bentley, is dedicated to honoring and showcasing the biggest names and emerging talent in the country music industry. It is produced for television by dick clark productions and will broadcast LIVE from MGM Grand Garden Arena on Sunday, April 3, 2016.

Luke Bryan and Dierks Bentley hosts this awards ceremony honoring the best in country music; Reba McEntire and Lauren Daigle, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, and Keith Urban and Carrie Underwood perform duets.

Over 30 performances from more than 25 artist will take place from the three iconic country music venues: the Grand Ole Opry house, Nashville‘s historic Ryman Auditorium, and the Bluebird Cafe.
