Tarek and Christina spot a trust sale in Fullerton, California. It's tenant occupied which means they cannot inspect the house, but the numbers look good and after touring a comparable, renovated listing, they feel confident enough to make an offer. Tarek and Christina arrive at their new house ready to design but that will have to be put on hold as they could not have anticipated what they find. Can they keep this flip on track or will a bevy of surprise expenses deliver them a flop? Have Tarek and Christina fooled themselves into buying a pig in a poke?
