Donald Trump and Don Rickles made a pre-taped appearance and Melissa Rivers came from the audience to roast her mother. Other audience members included Michael C. Hall, Jennifer Carpenter, Alan Thicke, TJ Miller, Chris Pratt and Anna Faris.
