C.D.'s niece is kidnapped by her ex-boyfriend who forces her into a string of bank robberies. Walker and C.D.'s pursuit of them becomes further complicated when a radio show host "Tumbleweed Tom", unaware of what's really going on, offers a bounty on their Bonnie and Clyde-style bank robberies.
