Ed and Jocelyn want to add to their living space by closing in their deck. DIY guy Jocelyn has made a complete mess with makeshift fixes like covering it in plastic sheeting and attaching roof joists onto the outside paneling. It looks junky, and it’s alternately too hot and too cold to enjoy. Can Bryan get Jocelyn to sit still long enough to make a plan, rather than rushing in and doing a slapdash job?
