More than 500 supporters of Egypt's former president Mohammed Morsi have been sentenced to death. Hala Shukrallah is the first female leader of a political party in Egypt and the first Christian. But in a country polarised between the military and Islamists, the liberal secular opposition have struggled to gain support. Does Egypt deserve a better opposition?
