Matt Allwright and Anita Rani expose the restaurant managers who risk two years in jail by knowingly employing illegal immigrants and exploiting them. They infiltrate the illegals who are paid rates as low as half the minimum wage, and find out how much they care about the quality of food and customer service. Plus, the team goes on a raid with immigration officers to catch those who use forged passports to dupe law-abiding restaurants.
