Two years ago, Texas native, Joanie, decided to get healthy and give juicing a try. After getting her husband, Cary, and kids onboard, her passion for juice turned into a food truck family business and now they're on the hunt for a brick and mortar space. Nervous about taking a huge financial risk, Joanie and Cary turn to restaurant broker, Keith Simpson, to help make their restaurant vision a reality.
