When Donna got a job across the country as the voice of Lifetime Radio in Nashville, they began a long distance friendship. Donna has gone from small town to big city, and Kim wants to give her a more polished look. Donna wants Kim to go from her ""outdoorsy"" look to a more sophisticated style.
