A community hero who helped rescue dozens of people from devastating floods in St Asaph, Denbighshire, in November 2012 receives a surprise from Everton manager Roberto Martínez. A remarkable eight-year-old girl is invited to perform with dance troupe Diversity, and two brothers are reunited after 55 years apart. A Royal Marine nominates his partner for setting up a choir that has provided a support network for other military wives in their area.
