For the hotel's belated grand re-opening celebration, Rose invites Gerald Davenport, Florida's most acclaimed restaurant critic, to review the restaurant's food -- unaware that he once gave Chuy a bad review. When Davenport promptly drops dead in the dining room, the staff try to hide the body, fearing that Chuy may have accidentally poisoned him.
