There is a chance to see a burst of regional pride as the UK's parks' departments go head to head in the annual flowerbed competition, and this year there is an Olympic theme. Joe looks at the best gardens on show to find ideas we can all take home. Carol is on the look out for plants that can bring a splash of colour to a late flowering border and Monty heads for the fruit and veg pavilion to enjoy the 'grow your own' extravaganza.
