A former police officer,Lorie Swift,is crippled in an accident by a vicious mobster after being uncovered in an undercover sting posing as his girlfriend.A suit that blazes a bright resonating,living blue, comes fitted with electric blasts and gives her the ability to walk once again,helps her to get get revenge on the mobster.Johnny Domino is a victim of the electrical blasts and is revived after rest,and Lorie tells him of the impending danger on Frank and Charlie and how the mobster she is after is behind it.They team up to go after the mobster
