This is the story of Turbo, a mutt who never had a chance at freedom. He was chained up for his whole life, and now in the shelter he is aggressive when others pass his cage. With the help of the dogs at the Dog Psychology Center, Cesar Millan must teach him to behave so he can have a second chance at life. Who will give Turbo a second lease on life? Will it be a pair of best friends, a man looking for another dog after his own dog died or a family with two rehabilitated dogs of their own?
