Felix follows a ghost from a graveyard to a farmhouse, where the farmer and then a police squad are terrorized. Felix is unfazed by the ghost, suspecting (correctly) that the phantom is actually a real-estate shark hoping to lower the building’s property value. With the aid of a mule, Felix “exorcises” the scheming shyster.
