The 52-year-old was found dead in his apartment on January 18, the day before he was scheduled to testify before Congress that Argentina’s President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner — along with members of her government — had attempted to cover-up a deal that protected the perpetrators of the 1994 bombing of a Buenos Aires Jewish cultural center.
